The Evelyn
Manhattan
The project
Formerly the Gershwin Hotel, The Evelyn was renovated and relaunched as a boutique hotel with AIK's help. Custom Art Nouveau accents reference the heritage of the neighborhood and its landmarked NoMad building, and a musical theme runs through the rooms, corridors and bathrooms.
